MailCleaner sits at the edge of our hosted Exchange platform, and as such, is the first place you should look when trying to determine email delivery issues for your customers.
You can perform email traces and produce detailed delivery reports on behalf of any and all of your customers from within MailCleaner.
Access MailCleaner's administration area this way:
Address: https://filter.exchangeserver.net.au/admin/
Username: your Cloud Control username
Password: your Cloud Control password
Once you're logged in, click Management > Tracing
In the Local address fields, enter a user's email identifier and select their domain from the dropdown to form their email address.
In the Filter by external address
Set the Number of lines displayed to suit your needs.
Set Date selection to suit your trace timeframe.
Now click Refresh and wait for MailCleaner to complete the trace for timeframe entered.
Once the trace results are returned, you'll be able to view individual results by clicking the icons to toggle the view, and you can download the trace results as a usable report to present to your customer.
For Exchange-specific delivery reports, you will need to log into a user's mailbox using Outlook on the Web at either ...

Username: your customer's full email address
Password: your customer's mailbox password
Click Organize Email > Delivery Reports
Complete the filter fields and click Search to deliver your results.
Exchange and Outlook on the Web does not provide the ability to download delivery reports, however, individual results can be emailed.
Double-click a result to open it in detail, then click the envelope icon at the top-left of the report body to send the detail as an email.
