CAT A (simple) port completion can take between 3-7 business days depending on the losing carrier.
Any resubmission requested following a rejection results in additional fees ranging from $16.50 - $199.00.
Incorrectly submitted port reversal fees range from $275.00 - $3999.00.
Rejection and/or reversal fees are charged by the carrier, are non-negotiable, must be paid in full, and are non-refundable.

• contiguous ranges or non-contiguous (random) numbers/ranges allowed
• complex services include ISDN and/or special services such as fax duet, line hunt, etc
CAT C (complex) port completion can take up to 40 business days or 8 calendar weeks depending on the losing carrier.
Any resubmission requested following a rejection results in additional fees ranging from $16.50 - $199.00.
