• complex services include ISDN and/or special services such as fax duet, line hunt, etc

Response from the losing carrier determines port completion time.
CAT C (complex) port completion can take up to 40 business days or 8 calendar weeks depending on the losing carrier.
Any resubmission requested following a rejection results in additional fees ranging from $16.50 - $199.00.
Incorrectly submitted port reversal fees range from $275.00 - $3999.00.
Rejection and/or reversal fees are charged by the carrier, are non-negotiable, must be paid in full, and are non-refundable.
LNP application form will be attached to your confirmation email.
All porting application fees are non-refundable.
