Outlook 2010/2013/2016 - Import Hotmail Contacts Print

Open Hotmail account, then from left sidebar, click Contact List

The Contacts main window will now appear

In the Contact List, enable the check box to the left of the "Name" title to select your complete contact list

Now from the Manage drop-down list, select Export

Enter the security "captcha"

Now click Export to save the Contacts List to your Desktop or a local hard drive

Now launch Outlook, and from File menu, click Open > Import

The "Import and Export Wizard" will now be displayed.

Select "Import from another program or file" from the available options, then click Next

Now select "Comma Separated Values (DOS)", and click Next

Click Browse button to select the Hotmail contacts CSV file you saved to your computer, then click OK in the Browse window

Be sure to enable the "Do not import duplicate items" option, then click Next

Select the Contacts folder from the Destination folder list, then click Next

As an optional step in the final window of the Wizard dialogue, you can map the contact list by clicking "Map Custom Fields"

Click Finish to end the wizard

Outlook will now import your Hotmail contacts in the Contact list
