1. On your Mac, click on the Outlook icon.
   
   
2. Now click on File and then on Import.
   
   
3. Select the type of data you want to import and then click on the right arrow.
   
   
4. Choose the file type and then click on the right arrow.
   
   
5. Find your data file, then click on Import.
